Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
- 200 grams Bread flour
- 20 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Margarine
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/2 an egg Egg
- 133 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
- Add all of the ingredients into a bread machine, set it to the dough setting and let it knead it.
- Without letting the dough ferment, take it out, break it into 8 even portions and make them into round balls.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes covered with a damp towel.
- Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to a 5 mm thickness, and cut out the doughnuts with a doughnut cutter.
- Once the dough has risen for about 20 minutes at 40C, deep fry the doughnuts at 170C till they turn golden brown.
- While they are still hot, cover them with cinnamon sugar, maple syrup, or sugar dissolved in water, etc.
