Loose meat burgers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 medium green pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp barbeque sauce
- 1 salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp pepper (to taste)
- 2 tsp seasoning salt (lawrys)
- 1 Brat/hamburger buns
- 1 sliced cheese (optional)
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat combine butter, onion, garlic ,and green pepper for 2 minutes.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper and seasoning salt.
- Stir occasionaly.
- When ground beef is browned add in barbeque sauce.
- Let simmer for two minutes.
- Get your buns ready, add cheese if desired.
- place mixture on bun and any other toppings you so wish.
- Enjoy!
