Guilt-Free Brownie Batter Dip
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 23 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Nut Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Skim Or Soy Milk
- 3/4 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Combine all ingredients (except chips) in a food processor or blender.
- Process until the mixture is smooth and silky.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Notes: If you want to make this sugar-free, you can swap out the sugar for Splenda or Stevia (granular or drops).
- You can also sweeten this to taste using sugar-free syrup.
- I used Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter, but regular peanut butter would also work well!
