Garlic Parmesan Bagel Chips
- 2 whole Bagels
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray

- Preheat oven to 350 F. 2.
- Thinly slice bagels in very thin rounds.
- To do this I cut the bagel in half right down the center and then cut each half into thin, disk-like slices.

- Lay sliced bagels in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- 4.
- In a small bowl mix together Parmesan, garlic powder, and garlic salt.
- 5.
- Spray bagels liberally with olive oil cooking spray.
- 6.
- Sprinkle garlic-Parmesan mixture over bagels and toss together with your hands.
- 7.
- Bake for 7 minutes, remove from oven, stir, spray with a little more olive oil, and return to oven for another 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- 8.
- Let the chips cool and store in an airtight container.
