Garlic Parmesan Bagel Chips

  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2.
  3. Thinly slice bagels in very thin rounds.
  4. To do this I cut the bagel in half right down the center and then cut each half into thin, disk-like slices.

  6. Lay sliced bagels in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  8. In a small bowl mix together Parmesan, garlic powder, and garlic salt.
  9. 5.
  10. Spray bagels liberally with olive oil cooking spray.
  11. 6.
  12. Sprinkle garlic-Parmesan mixture over bagels and toss together with your hands.
  13. 7.
  14. Bake for 7 minutes, remove from oven, stir, spray with a little more olive oil, and return to oven for another 7 minutes.
  15. Remove from oven.
  16. 8.
  17. Let the chips cool and store in an airtight container.
