Spicy Chicken Fajitas
- 2 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1- 1/2 whole Assorted Bell Peppers
- 1/2 whole Yellow Onion
- 8 whole Flour Tortillas
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- Slice chicken lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips.
- Place in a container and set aside.
- Slice bell peppers and onion.
- Place in a separate container and set aside.
- Combine all your fajita seasoning ingredients in a container.
- With chicken and vegetables in separate containers, add about 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning to each container and mix so that its evenly incorporated.
- In a skillet or pan heated to about medium heat, add the chicken.
- Brown for about 34 minutes.
- Add veggies and stir for about another 4 minutes.
- At this point, taste and see if the seasoning is to your liking.
- Theres plenty of fajita seasoning left to stir in a little more if you want more spice.
- Serve on tortillas with some sour cream or guacamole and enjoy!
