Grilled Udon with Sausages and Komatsuna

  1. Cut the sausages diagonally, and fry with vegetable oil.
  2. Then add the cooked udon noodles, and pour in the sake to loosen the strands.
  3. Add the dashi stock and season with salt.
  4. Top with bonito flakes and continue cooking.
  5. Wash the komatsuna and cut into suitable sizes.
  6. Add to the pan and mix lightly and turn the heat off.
  7. Done.
