1-2-3 Tomato Sauce

  1. Scatter grape tomatoes and sliced garlic cloves in jelly-roll pan; toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  2. Roast at 450 degrees F. for 30 minutes, until very soft, stirring once.
  3. Meanwhile cook pasta.
  4. When tomatoes are done, crush with back of spoon; stir in 1/2 to 2/3 cup pasta cooking water, then toss with pasta.
