1-2-3 Tomato Sauce
- 3 pt. grape tomatoes
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. pasta
- Scatter grape tomatoes and sliced garlic cloves in jelly-roll pan; toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Roast at 450 degrees F. for 30 minutes, until very soft, stirring once.
- Meanwhile cook pasta.
- When tomatoes are done, crush with back of spoon; stir in 1/2 to 2/3 cup pasta cooking water, then toss with pasta.
