Our Family's Easy Recipe For Pizza To Serve To Guests

  1. Make the dough.
  2. Put all the dough ingredients except for the olive oil into a plastic bag, and knead it well to make the dough.
  3. When the dough comes together, add the olive oil and keep kneading (10 minutes).
  4. Leave it to rise in the bag (30 minutes).
  5. When the dough has risen, press it down lightly to deflate.
  6. Place it on a kitchen parchment paper lined oven tray and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut up the toppings for the pizza crust.
  8. Slice the sausages diagonally.
  9. Slice the onion and cherry tomatoes.
  10. Defrost the seafood mix.
  11. Put olive oil on your hands, and spread the dough out to cover the oven tray.
  12. Preheat the oven to 300C (or 250C if your oven doesn't get that hot).
  13. Spread the dough with pizza sauce, and cover evenly with toppings of your choice.
  14. Add the pizza cheese to finish.
  15. Bake at 300C for 13 minutes.
  16. Top with something like fresh basil leaves and cut into 8 portions.
  17. It's very hot so be careful.
  18. I tried varying the toppings by section.
  19. You won't get bored with the toppings this way, and looks like fun too.
