Chicken, Peppers and Cheese Panini Sandwich

  1. Place in this order: bottom piece of bread, chicken, peppers, cheese, tomato slices and spinach.
  2. Place your dressing on the inside of the top piece of bread.
  3. That way the bread soaks up the dressing and it wont run off your sandwich.
  4. Place in a panini maker and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
  5. Makes 1 large sandwich!
