Chocolate-Cherry Clafouti

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Blend first 5 ingredients in blender 30 sec.
  3. or until well blended.
  4. Place cherries in greased 9-inch pie plate; cover with batter.
  5. Top with chocolate.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  7. or just until center is set and top is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Cool 10 min.
  9. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
