Smoked Turkey & Jarlsberg Salad Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. smoked turkey
- 3/4 pound Jarlsberg cheese
- 2 c. red seedless grapes
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp. green peppercorns (water packed, liquid removed)
- Slice smoked turkey and cheese about 1/4" to 1/2" thick, then cut into julienne strips.
- Wash, pat dry grapes.
- Mix together in a bowl the turkey cheese, grapes and celery.
- In another bowl mix mayonnaise, raspberry, vinegar and crushed peppercorns.
- Then mix as much mayonnaise mix as needed into turkey mix.
- Refrigerateand serve.
- Serves 6.
