Sweet and tart hash

  1. Slice sausage into medallions heat butter in a wok or pan add sausage
  2. Core your apple and chop your celery and add both
  3. Stir fry a bit add brown sugar and vinegar stir well
  4. Add raisins cover let simmer 3 minutes
  5. Add cornstarch solution stirring constantly till thickened add raw grated carrot stir well hope you enjoy just use enough cornstarch solution as you need
  6. Can be sered with Potato and Onion Pierogi or potato dumpings
