Crab Stick Omelet Roll
- 1 Egg
- 2 Imitation crab sticks
- 1 less than 1 tablespoon Dashi stock
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Umami seasoning
- 1 Olive oil
- Break a egg into a bowl.
- Add salt, umami seasoning, and dashi stock.
- Especially beat the egg white well, and incorporate.
- Cut the imitation crab sticks to fit in a tamagoyaki pan.
- Heat olive oil in a tamagoyaki pan.
- When the pan is warm, pour in half of the egg mixture, and turn the heat down to low.
- Lay the crab sticks and roll it towards you.
- When it's done, push it to the other side of the pan, and pour the rest of the egg mixture in the empty space.
- Roll again towards you.
- Place the roll joint-side down, and fry for a little while.
- Cut into 4 even pieces, and it's done.
