Farmhouse Recipe: Homemade Nametake Mushrooms
- 200 grams Enoki mushrooms
- 3 tbsp All-purpose dashi soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- For the dashi soy sauce, refer to.
- Remove the root ends of the enoki, brush off the dirt, cut the stems in half, and break into clumps.
- Cook A on medium heat until it reaches a boil, then add the enoki.
- Boil for about 7 minutes on medium heat.
- It's done when the liquid has mostly evaporated.
- Serve over rice.
- It's also good served with grated radish.
