Cheese Soup

  1. Melt butter in 2 quart sauce pan.
  2. Dice onions add to butter.
  3. Saute onions until clear.
  4. Add bouillon and flour, stir to mix well and thick paste is formed.
  5. Add milk, stir well to remove any lumps, mixture will be thin.
  6. Add cheeses to simmering milk mixture.
  7. Stir, to melt cheeses.
  8. Stir in beer (optional).
  9. Serve warm, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  10. With cornbread or toast.
