Beer-Braised Pork

  1. Cut Pork into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in Crockpot.
  3. Cook on Low for 4-5 hours, until you can pull apart with a fork.
  4. To serve, saute to carmelize/crisp up the edges of port.
  5. Serve on soft taco with my Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salad, guacamole, or your favorite salsa and cheese OR shred and toss with your favorite BBQ sauce for delicious pulled pork sandwiches.
