Late Blossom

• 1/2 teaspoon orange-flower water
• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces potato vodka
• 1 1/4 ounces lychee nectar or juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Lillet Blanc
• 1 fresh lychee, partially peeled

1. Rinse a chilled martini glass with the orange-flower water.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the vodka, lychee nectar and Lillet and shake well.
4. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with the lychee.
