Anchovy Flavored Potatoes

  1. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into wedges.
  2. Microwave in a heatproof container for 5 minutes.
  3. Slice the garlic.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic until it starts to brown and become fragrant.
  5. Add the potatoes and stir fry.
  6. Add the anchovies and parsley, season with salt if needed and it's done.
