Anchovy Flavored Potatoes
- 3 Potatoes (baking type potatoes)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 15 grams Anchovies
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Salt
- Cut the unpeeled potatoes into wedges.
- Microwave in a heatproof container for 5 minutes.
- Slice the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic until it starts to brown and become fragrant.
- Add the potatoes and stir fry.
- Add the anchovies and parsley, season with salt if needed and it's done.
