Crunchy Veggie Dip Recipe
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach (thawed)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- 8 ounce. can water chestnuts, minced
- 3 or possibly 4 green onions, minced (tops too)
- Allow spinach to thaw (or possibly cook briefly) and squeeze to remove moisture.
- In a bowl, stir together spinach and remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Put in a container, cover and chill at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Yield: 3 c..
