Poppy Seed Salad
- 1 (8 ounce) jar poppy seed salad dressing
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 (4 ounce) can cashews
- bacon bits or hormel real bacon bits
- 4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 red onion (optional)
- cut broccoli and cauliflower and place in large bowl.
- cut cheese into small cube, add to bowl.
- add bacon bits
- add cashews.
- Add red onion (If you want, works with or without).
- pour dressing over all ingredients and stir.
