Istvan

• Ice
• 2 ounces VSOP Cognac
• 3/4 ounce Zwack
• 1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Dash of orange bitters
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled double rocks glass.
4. Pinch the lemon twist over the drink, then discard the twist.
