Blender Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  1. In blender container combine 1/4 c. cool water, gelatin and coffee crystals.
  2. Cover and blend 20 seconds on low speed.
  3. Add in the scalded lowfat milk.
  4. Cover; blend till gelatin dissolves.
  5. Add in chocolate, sugar and vanilla.
  6. Cover; blend till smooth.
  7. With blender running, add in the cool lowfat milk.
  8. Pour into bowl; refrigeratetill partially set.
  9. Beat just to soft peaks; fold into chocolate mix.
  10. Pour into individual dessert dishes.
  11. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly till hard.
  12. Makes 6 servings.
