B/M English Muffin Bread Recipe

• 1 pkt Yeast
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 2 1/2 c. Flour
• 1/2 c. Hot water
• 2 tsp Salt
• 7/8 c. Hot lowfat milk
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda dissolved In 1 t hot water.

1. This is in a DAK bread machine.
2. and is my basic R and I modify it with cinnamon and what ever.
