Grilled Salmon with Blackberry Sauce
- 4 pieces Salmon Fillets Or Steaks (about 1 1/2 Lbs.)
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
- 1/4 cups Rice Vinegar (not Seasoned)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Dried Lemongrass
- 1/2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Brush salmon with chili garlic sauce.
- Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
- While the salmon is cooking, puree the remaining ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
- Serve sauce over hot grilled salmon.
- Note: if you dont have a grill, you can also bake this in an oven.
- Preheat to 450 degrees, brush salmon with a little oil and season with salt and pepper, place on a rimmed baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, or until fish is opaque throughout.
