Grilled Salmon with Blackberry Sauce

  1. Brush salmon with chili garlic sauce.
  2. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
  3. While the salmon is cooking, puree the remaining ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
  4. Serve sauce over hot grilled salmon.
  5. Note: if you dont have a grill, you can also bake this in an oven.
  6. Preheat to 450 degrees, brush salmon with a little oil and season with salt and pepper, place on a rimmed baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, or until fish is opaque throughout.
