Potato Pancakes

• 2 cups water
• 1 cup instant mashed potatoes
• 10 eggs
• 2 12 cups cheddar cheese

1. Boil water.
2. Mix in potatoes, eggs, and cheese.
3. Fry 1/2 cup of mix at a time.
