Chicken With Orange Peel Recipe

  1. Peel pcs of out peel, don't get white membrane.
  2. Cut into 1 1/2 inch long thin strips.
  3. On small cookie sheet, let peels dry slightly in 200 degree oven for 30 min.
  4. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pcs.
  5. In medium bowl, mix well: 1 tbsp.
  6. soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  7. dry sherry 4 green onions, cut in 2 inch pcs 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
  8. In small bowl mix well: 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 c. orange juice
  9. Cover contents of small and medium bowls and chill.
  10. 15 min before serving, in warm oil stir fry peels till crisp and edges are slightly browned (about 2 min).
  11. Drain on paper towel.
  12. Stir fry chicken mix till tender (4 min).
  13. Stir in orange juice mix.
  14. Spoon onto platter and sprinkle with peels.
