Southwest Chicken Bites
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 can Chicken, 12 Ounces
- 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Seasoning, 1 Ounce
- 24 pieces Wonton Wrappers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients (except wontons) together in a bowl.
- Lay out wonton wrappers (roughly 24) on a greased baking sheet.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Bring the corners of the wrappers to the center of the wrapper to form a small square.
- Place on the baking sheet, seam side down.
- Once you have wrapped each wonton wrapper, spray a light layer of cooking spray over the wraps.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
