Curried Cabbage and Arame

  1. Soak arame for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain, reserving liquid.
  3. Saute arame in heated oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage, soaking water and soy sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add curry and additional soy sauce to taste; cook 5 minutes longer.
  7. Add parlsey and serve.
