Baked Chicken With Rice(Scaled For 4 Servings)
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2/3 c. raw regular long grain rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
- 1/3 c. diced green pepper
- 1/3 c. diced onion
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- Cut
- chicken
- breasts
- in half and remove skin and fat. Season on
- both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
- Pour

- heavy skillet. Brown
- chicken slowly on both sides.
- Remove chicken from skillet. Add

- skillet and cook, stirring until rice is
- slightly brown.

- Mix well and transfer to 3 quart casserole. Top with browned chicken. Cover
- and bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour or until chicken is very tender and rice has absorbed all the broth and is well cooked.
