Elegant Radishes
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 loaf baguette or any good crusty bread
- 1 fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, dill - optional
- Wash radishes, trim root end, trim leaves if you like or leave on
- Leave some radishes whole for dipping in butter and salt, or cut in half if large
- Thin slice radishes to place on bread
- Lightly toast bread slices
- If you like, add chopped fresh herbs to the butter, mix well
- Arrange all on a plate
- Enjoy on a warm summer evening with a nice glass of wine and good friends
