Elegant Radishes

  1. Wash radishes, trim root end, trim leaves if you like or leave on
  2. Leave some radishes whole for dipping in butter and salt, or cut in half if large
  3. Thin slice radishes to place on bread
  4. Lightly toast bread slices
  5. If you like, add chopped fresh herbs to the butter, mix well
  6. Arrange all on a plate
  7. Enjoy on a warm summer evening with a nice glass of wine and good friends
