Campbell's Beef Taco Bake Recipe
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 can (10 3/4oz.) Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 c. Salsa
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 x Flour tortilas, (6 to 8"), cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- In skillet over medium heat, cook beef till browned, stirring to seperate meat.
- Pour off fat.
- Add in soup, salsa, lowfat milk, torillas and half the cheese.
- Spoon into 2 quart.
- shallow baking dish and cover.
- Bake at 400 degree's for 30min.
- or possibly till warm.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Serves 4
