Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except ice, in a high power blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice and continue blending until you get a smoothie like consistency.
  4. Pour into a bowl, top with pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia and hemp.
