Kai look kaey or deep fry eggs in tamarine sauce

  1. Deep fry the eggs for 2 minutes and set to cool
  2. Chopped the coriander roots very fine, add oil to the frying pan the when the oil get very hot add shallot and coriander roots fry till get nice fragrance.
  3. Add tamarind sauce into the pan fry let's boil and add sugar let's boil again.
  4. Keep stirring till get thick add fish sauce and stock powder .
  5. Add cut coriander leaves removed from heat
  6. Cut the cooling eggs in 1/4 or half place on the dish and pour over the sauce served with rice
