Kai look kaey or deep fry eggs in tamarine sauce
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 oil for deep fry
- 2 coriander roots and leaves
- 2 shallots slices
- 1 tbsp of frying oil
- 1/4 cup of tamarind sauce
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp of chicken stock powder
- Deep fry the eggs for 2 minutes and set to cool
- Chopped the coriander roots very fine, add oil to the frying pan the when the oil get very hot add shallot and coriander roots fry till get nice fragrance.
- Add tamarind sauce into the pan fry let's boil and add sugar let's boil again.
- Keep stirring till get thick add fish sauce and stock powder .
- Add cut coriander leaves removed from heat
- Cut the cooling eggs in 1/4 or half place on the dish and pour over the sauce served with rice
