Whole Wheat Popovers

  1. Place eggs and milk in container of an electric blender; process until bubbly.
  2. Add flour, margarine, and salt; process until smooth.
  3. Place a muffin pan coated with cooking spray in a 450 degree oven 3 minutes or until very hot.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin pan, filling two-thirds full.
  5. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350F, and bake 10 minutes.
  6. Prick each popover with a fork to let steam.
  7. escape, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
