Parmesan / Blue Cheese Dressing

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 34 cup sour cream
• 12 cup buttermilk
• 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
• salt and pepper

1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium bowl til smooth.
2. Add Parmesan cheese, worcestershire sauce, vinegar tabasco sauce and garlic.
3. Fold in blue cheese.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Chill at least 1 hour.
