Grandma Landers's Chicken 'n' Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour uncooked rice on the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan.
  3. Top with onions.
  4. Season chicken with salt and pepper and lay over the rice.
  5. Combine soups, broth, and garlic.
  6. Pour over chicken and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.
