Orange Cappuccino Parfaits

• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 1/4 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Orange Cappuccino Instant Coffee Beverage Mix
• 2 cups milk
• 1 can (10 oz / 284 mL) mandarin oranges
• 3 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping

1. COMBINE coffee mix, instant pudding and add milk.
2. Beat with wire whisk or electric mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. SPOON 1/2 the pudding mixture into 6 dessert dishes.
5. Divide mandarin orange segments among 6 dessert cups and top with remaining pudding.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
