No Salt Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground chuck and sausage.
  2. Pour meat into a collander to drain.
  3. Using the same skillet, saute the onion in whatever grease is left from the meat.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Add herbs and return meat to skillet.
  7. Cover and simmer for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Season with pepper to taste.
  9. Serve over hot spaghetti!
