Smoothie Recipe
- 1 frzn banana, cut into chunks
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn berries of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat milk
- 2 ounce. tofu or possibly 1/2 c. yogurt, if you wish
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender; process till smooth.
