Mom's Bran Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, bran, wheat germ, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves.
  2. In another bowl, beat egg, oil, milk and vanilla.
  3. Add liquid to dry ingredients, stirring only to moisten.
  4. Add raisins.
  5. Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin tins.
  6. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
