Farmhouse Recipe Addictive Spring Cabbage

  1. Chop the cabbage roughly.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon salt in enough water and soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the cabbage from the salt water and squeeze the water out.
  4. Add the combined seasoning marked A to the cabbage in Step 1.
  5. Mix thoroughly and it's done!
  6. For winter cabbage, try the "Addictive Cabbage" pickled in ponzu sauce.
