California Avocado Cooler

• 3 avocados, peeled & halved
• 3 12 cups unsweetened grapefruit juice (if you can do fresh this is best)
• 12 cup sugar (or less if you like a bit tart)
• ice
• mint (to garnish)

1. Puree the avacados, add the grapefruit juice& sugar.
2. Chill.
3. Pour into ice filled glasses& garnish with a sprig of mint.
