Quick, Easy Okara Croquettes

  1. Stir fry the ground meat (I used pork, but chicken would be good too).
  2. Add the carrot, hijiki seaweed, okara, milk and flavoring ingredients, and simmer-stir fry them quickly.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Add the katakuriko.
  5. Divide and form into patties, coat in a flour slurry and then in panko.
  6. Deep fry until golden brown.
