Green Pepper Sauteed with Sesame Seeds
- 2 Green peppers
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds (ground), roasted, if desired
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 Sesame oil
- Remove seeds from the green peppers and slice lengthwise into slightly thick sticks.
- Mix together the ingredients marked with a .
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add green peppers from Step 1, and saute on medium heat.
- When the oil is evenly distributed and the green peppers are slightly soft, stir in the seasoning from Step 2.
- Sprinkle on the sesame seeds, and serve.
- Right before serving, sprinkle on roasted white sesame seeds to taste.
