Easy Homemade Ponzu Sauce

  1. Juice the citrus.
  2. I used kabosu this time.
  3. You can use bottled lemon juice instead.
  4. Add all the other ingredients to the citrus juice, and that's it!
  5. The sauce is a little too light to use with hot pots so I added the soy sauce and vinegar to compensate.
  6. Please adjust the ingredients to your taste.
  7. If you add vinegar, you can keep the sauce for a long time in the refrigerator, so I recommend it.
