Spicy Turkey Meatloaf Cupcakes

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
  3. Grease a muffin tin.

  5. Combine all ingredients except the hot sauce, agave, and mustard in a bowl.

  7. Divide the meat mixture among the six muffin wells.
  8. They will be slightly rounded on the top.

  10. Mix the hot sauce, agave, and mustard to taste.

  12. Pour over the tops of all of the cupcakes.

  14. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  15. 8.
  16. Remove from oven and allow to cool a couple minutes before running a knife around the edge of each well to remove the cupcakes.

  18. Try not to eat them all.
