Spicy Turkey Meatloaf Cupcakes
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 cups Regular Oats
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Milk I Used Soy
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cups Hot Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Agave
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- 3.
- Combine all ingredients except the hot sauce, agave, and mustard in a bowl.
- 4.
- Divide the meat mixture among the six muffin wells.
- They will be slightly rounded on the top.
- 5.
- Mix the hot sauce, agave, and mustard to taste.
- 6.
- Pour over the tops of all of the cupcakes.
- 7.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- 8.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool a couple minutes before running a knife around the edge of each well to remove the cupcakes.
- 9.
- Try not to eat them all.
