LG POACHED EGG (DIET BREAKFAST)

  1. SPICY BUTTER
  2. On a non stick pan 1tsp of butter til it melted then add sweet paprika pepper and mix well then off heat
  3. POACH EGG
  4. BEST USED EGG THAT IS REFRIGERATED
  5. Bring a pan of water to a boil then off heat and add egg then.cover with lid for 3 to 4 minute till egg white are set but egg yolk are runny
  6. Toast bread with butter and layer thinly sliced tomato and season with salt
  7. Top poached egg with spicy butter
