LG POACHED EGG (DIET BREAKFAST)
- 1 soft bun or any bread
- 1 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 dash salt
- SPICY BUTTER
- On a non stick pan 1tsp of butter til it melted then add sweet paprika pepper and mix well then off heat
- POACH EGG
- BEST USED EGG THAT IS REFRIGERATED
- Bring a pan of water to a boil then off heat and add egg then.cover with lid for 3 to 4 minute till egg white are set but egg yolk are runny
- Toast bread with butter and layer thinly sliced tomato and season with salt
- Top poached egg with spicy butter
