Sesame Peanut Noodles
- 12 ounces, weight Linguine Or Fettuccine Noodles
- 2 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Carrot, Thinly Sliced
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
- Peanuts (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- Cook the noodles al dente according to the package instructions.Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- For the sauce, whisk together the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Add the sauce to the noodles and mix to combine.
- Then add in the carrots and green onions and mix together.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and peanuts (optional) and serve at any temperature.
