Barb's Swedish Meatballs Recipe

  1. Mix well; refrigerate2 hrs.
  2. Make into balls the size of walnuts for cocktail size.
  3. Brown in fat, drain on paper towels.
  4. GRAVY: Stir all ingredients into meat drippings.
  5. Cook till thickened.
  6. Add in meatballs, stir in 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream.
  7. Crock pot works well to keep hot.
  8. To make large quantity, double or possibly triple the recipe.
