Peek A Boo Chicken Recipe

  1. Mix soups, butter, rice and lowfat milk in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Place skinned chicken on top of mix.
  3. Top with onion soup mix.
  4. Cover pan with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
  5. May take foil off 10 min prior to ending time to further brown, if you like.
