Peek A Boo Chicken Recipe
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Chicken, skinned & deboned
- Onion soup mix (dry packet)
- Mix soups, butter, rice and lowfat milk in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Place skinned chicken on top of mix.
- Top with onion soup mix.
- Cover pan with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
- May take foil off 10 min prior to ending time to further brown, if you like.
